David Lively & Quatuor Terpsycordes: Salle Gaveau

Sobre o Evento

A talented pianist known for his sense of adventure and enthusiasm, David Lively takes to the stage to perform a repertoire of romantic concertos with special attention to historical accuracy.

Beethoven composed his fourth piano concerto of 1806 for one violinist per part. The salon of Prince Lobkowitz was, however, too small to accommodate so many musicians. Tonight the work will be showcased as Beethoven originally intended it to be performed.
