Enjoy this concert series with international orchestras at this year's Salzburg Festival. Orchestras include the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela (conductor Gustavo Dudamel), Orchestra dell’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and many others.
The Chicago Symphony Orchestra will perform under the baton of Riccardo Muti two concerts at this year's festival. Works by Bernard Rands, Richard Strauss, and Dmitri Shostakovich will be on the first programme. In the second night, compositions by Paul Hindemith and Sergey Prokofiev will be presented.
