Jaroussky sings Pergolesi's Stabat Mater at Concertgebouw

French countertenor Philippe Jaroussky sings Pergolesi's stunning Stabat Mater with soprano Julia Lezhneva at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Diego Fasolis conducts I Barocchisti.

Pergolesi's setting of the Stabat Mater is perhaps the most beautiful version ever created. Vivaldi's Nisi Dominus and Händel's Trio Sonata in G are also on the program.
