Mendelssohn's Symphony No. 3, Debussy and Bruch at Concertgebouw + Guided Tour
イベント情報
The German top violinist Clara‐Jumi Kang and the Chief of State Rhineland Philharmony in a Scottish programme. Mendelssohn, Bruch and Debussy travel along lakes and highlands.
Clara‐Jumi Kang
At the age of six, Clara‐Jumi Kang was already on the cover of Die Zeit, and a year later she studied at the Juilliard School in New York. She is now a much sought‐after violinist, praised for her warm timbre. Today, the German Head of State, Rhineland Philharmony, is travelling to Scotland. In Bruch's Scottish fantasy, she makes her mark, full of folkloric elements. Includes the 'Scotch snap', a typical contrary rhythm that you'll hear more often tonight.
