Per la sua nuova stagione, la serie TranscenDanses gioca la carta della fedeltà. Crystal Pite presenterà la prima francese del suo pezzo Angels' Atlas. Creata per il National Ballet of Canada nel 2020, la coreografa torna qui al suo potente linguaggio coreografico, in cui il movimento emerge dalla profondità del corpo dei danzatori. Ciascuno dei danzatori è un'entità unica, trasportata da un'incredibile energia rafforzata da un lavoro di illuminazione particolarmente efficace, sia nei pas de deux che negli ensemble. Si tratta di vita, morte e ricerca dell'infinito: domande universali che non possono non metterci alla prova, individualmente e collettivamente. Nel corso della serata saranno eseguite anche altre due prime francesi dei canadesi James Kudelka e William Yong.

Solista, Coreografo:	Leslie Howard Leslie Howard, legendary pianist who has recorded the whole collection of Liszt piano music for the record label Hyperion, a total of 95 CD‐s! He has won Grand Prix du Disque for 5 times for performing the music of Liszt, Tchaikovski, Rubinstein, Sibelius and others. His repertoire includes more than 80 concertos. Next to performing, Leslie Howard writes music articles, performs on TV and radio. He regularly teaches master classes and is also a very productive composer, writing music from solo pieces to operas.
Solista, Direttore:	Vjatsheslav Novikov Vjatsheslav Novikov is a well‐known and loved Estonian pianist whose concerts are very popular. The audience loves his unique and confident style.
