Basilica di Santo Spirito
Florencia, Italia
The Basilica di Santo Spirito (Holy Spirit) is one of the main churches of the early Renaissance. It is located in the Oltrarno district of the city of Florence and its naked and unmistakable facade overlooks the main square. The basilica, built on the remains of the thirteenth‐century Augustinian convent destroyed by fire in 1471, is the latest masterpiece by Filippo Brunelleschi.
