«La lengua materna de Béla Bartók era Beethoven». Esta cita del compositor György Kurtág nos lleva directamente al corazón de la velada del Festival de Pascua bajo la dirección de Jakub Hrůša. La atención se centra en el monumental «Concierto para orquesta» de Béla Bartók, que el compositor escribió en el exilio en Estados Unidos. Ludwig van Beethoven también estaba rodeado por el ruido de la guerra cuando compuso su último concierto para piano.
