The Snow Queen National Ballet of Ukraine at Festspielhaus Baden‐Baden
Baden‐Baden, Festspielhaus Baden‐Baden
About the Event
Opening hearts Since “The Snow Queen” premiered in 2015, the ballet ensemble of the Ukrainian National Opera in Kiev has repeatedly presented the work at home and abroad, in recent years increasingly as a sign of resistance and self‐empowerment. Despite the difficult living and working conditions, the company makes art, works to maintain something like an everyday life and thus acts as a perfect ambassador for its home country. We are happy to open our hearts to the company and the doors to the Festspielhaus — for the fairy tale of young Gerda and her icy enemy, which will delight the whole family.
