About the Event
Winners of the St Martin‐in‐the‐Fields Chamber Music Competition in 2019 and the Royal College of Music String Quartet Competition in 2022, the Brompton Quartet is renowned for their captivating and dynamic performances. They have recently made their debut at prestigious venues such as Wigmore Hall and Turner Sims Southampton, and have been featured on BBC Radio 3 'In Tune' with Lawrence Power. Additionally, they have been chosen as Park Lane Group Artists and Making Music Artists. Alongside Haydn and Bacewicz, they will join Artistic Director Simon Callaghan in a performance of Dvořák’s beloved quintet.
This concert will be preceded by a pre‐concert recital featuring the Tondo Duo.
