Bilbao Opera

Discover opera in Bilbao, presented by ABAO (Bilbao Association of Opera Lovers) at the Palacio Euskalduna. Opened in 1999, the theater is part of an extraordinary building complex near the famous Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. The waterfront architecture by Federico Soriano and Dolores Palacios represents an eternally unfinished vessel. The Bilbao Opera season includes both favorite works and less frequently performed compositions.
