Experience the enchanting sounds of classical music by Leonard Bernstein and Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky at London's esteemed Cadogan Hall in this highly‐anticipated concert. Guest conductor Long Yu, China's pre‐eminent living conductor, will open a musical picture book in the first concert of our new season. Whether it's a dazzling depiction of a Russian sunrise or Mussorgsky's fantastical musical art gallery, you'll be treated to incredible melodies in vibrant hues in Pictures at an Exhibition. As for the Serenade, only Leonard Bernstein could have taken an Ancient Greek contemplation on love and turned it into a warm‐hearted (and wonderfully quirky) violin concerto.
