Paris, France
The Théâtre du Châtelet was originally used as a theatre for drama performances and has since been host to a variety of art forms such as ballet, opera, operetta, musicals and cinema. It has had a rich history of prominent guests such as Diaghilev's Ballets Russes, Igor Stravinsky (whose Petrouchka premiered at the Théâtre du Châtelet in 1911) as well as Tchaikovsky, Gustav Mahler and Richard Strauss at the baton.
