Eglise de la Madeleine
Paris, France
The Église de la Madeleine is one of the most famous monuments in Paris. After long construction work the church was opened as parish church in 1845. A particular highlight is the statue of Mary Magdalene by Carlo Marochetti. The organ, built by Aristide Cavaillé-Coll (1811‐1899), is among the best instruments of its kind in the city.
