Odeon Concert: Frühlingsrauschen
About the Event
Experience the exquisite beauty of Munich's Residenz München and be captivated by the mesmerizing architecture as you indulge in a concert that will awaken your appreciation for chamber music. The 2022/23 season brought to the forefront the chamber music works of Paul Ben‐Haim, but this season, our focus shifts to the composer's song oeuvre. Born Paul Frankenburger in Munich in 1897, Ben‐Haim later emigrated to Israel in 1933, where he established himself as a prominent figure in Israel's burgeoning musical landscape. As we commemorate the 40th anniversary of his passing in 2024, each concert will showcase a song cycle by Ben‐Haim, artistically supervised and prepared by the esteemed Prof. Gerold Huber.
