Minskoff Theatre
New York, USA
One of Broadway’s newer venues the Minskoff Theater opened in 1973 at One Astor Plaza, right in the heart of New York’s theater district. Situated in Midtown, on the Great White Way itself, the theater hosted musicals, dance shows, concerts and one‐off events until ‘The Lion King’ roared in to make its home at the Minskoff in 2006.
