Immerse yourself in the stunning architecture of Amsterdam's breathtaking De Waalse Kerk for the ultimate concert set to awake your understanding of music.

Longing for … grip, love, friendship, the past, safety, light, peace and joy. Nordlys sings of all these in the spring 2023 program. Contemporary traditional choral works resound alongside engaging, lovely folk songs.
We will sing works by Knut Nystedt, Palmar Johansen, David Lang, Eva Holm Foosnæs and Tone Krohn, among others. Solos will be sung by mezzo‐soprano Talitha van der Spek and Utrecht saxophonist and improviser Koen Boeijinga will accompany the program with his music. The entire program is conducted by Ulrikke Reed Findenegg.
