About the Event

Witness Mozart's last piano concerto and wonder at Bruckner's incredible Mass No. 3, with the Choir and Orchestre de Paris under the direction of conductor Ingo Metzmacher and choral director Lionel Sow, and with Grammy award‐winning pianist Emanuel Ax.

The evening includes performances by soprano Chen Reiss, mezzo‐soprano Renata Pokupic, tenor Werner Güra, and bass Johannes Weisser.

An evening that is at once surprising, stupefying, and wondrous with works of two very different composers: Mozart, the genius, was finished and buried at the tender age of 44 -- the age at which Bruckner had barely just begun.
