Classic in the Crypt: Casta Diva

About the Event

Usually at home on the great European stages, Tatiana Rasa can be experienced in the intimate setting of the crypt in a very personal concert with great, demanding arias. In 2024, the popular artist made her debut as Violetta in Verdi's “La Taviata” at OPER in the KRYPTA and quickly became a Viennese audience favorite.
She is accompanied on the piano by Lorelai Petrescu, winner of numerous international competitions and now a lecturer in accompaniment at the University of Music in Vienna
OPERA performances in the KRYPTA are renowned for their proximity to the audience and the outstanding acoustics of the historic hall. The popular cultural events attract opera lovers from all over the world.

The KRYPTA is pleasantly temperate at any time of year.
