About the Event

Every night in Buenos Aires, Complejo Tango offers a dazzling dinner/tango show. The exquisite dinner is accompanied by the best Argentine wines and a unique, top‐quality show.

The audience will discover the world of Tango through the real experience of the Tango in Buenos Aires. The pre‐show Tango Class aims to actively involve guests.

Tango class (Optional, included in the price) 7:30pm to 8:30pm:

In a special dance hall with beautiful oak floors, mirrors, a bar, and a sound system, bilingual dance professors will guide the guests through the basics of Tango. A certificate of attendance is awarded at the end of every class.



Dinner 8:30pm to 10:00pm
:
Dinner includes a starter, main course and dessert all of your choice. Traditional and refined flavors come together in a varied menu that includes choices of beef, chicken, pasta and fish. Water, soft drinks, beer and Argentine wines are all included in the price. The restaurant is also equipped with a wine cellar and bar for those wishing to choose a preferred drink that may not be part of the menu.



Tango Show 8:00pm to 11:15pm:
A live tango orchestra and professional dancers and singers retell the history of tango in five memorable scenes. From canyengue tango, danced by malevos and compadritos (outlaws and hoodlums) to the projection of gender in the magnificent compositions of Astor Piazzolla, the driving energy along with the audience interaction and dazzling setting, make for an unforgettable evening.

Vida Mia
Mediterranean salad: mozzarella, tomato, basil and olive powder with culling vinaigrette and dressing of red wine and honey.

Main Course:
Cafe de los Angelitos (Pasta)
“Complejo Tango Special” Handmade round shape pasta, filled with pumpkin and mozzarella, soft sauce of fresh mushrooms, chive, and shallots with white wine and cream.

Balada para un loco
Stuffed chicken with vegetables varieties served with mashed potatoes, and grilled tomatoes with bittersweet of soja and honey.

Araca Paris
Fish of the day with saffron rice, fresh broccoli and
glazed carrots, with a lemon and white wine sauce.

Malena
Traditional steak served with potatoes, herbs, mushrooms, sautéed in syrah wine, with cream and chives.

Dessert:
Ojos Negros
Brownie with strawberry sauce, served
with ice cream and almonds powder.

Tanguera
Pears poached in red wine with lemon ice cream.

Metejon
Ice cream with strawberry sauce and almond powder.

Caminito
Traditional homemade 'Flan'
(custard : Sweetened mixture of milk and baked eggs) served with caramel dulce de leche and cream.
