Experience the sublime melodies of classical greats Johannes Brahms, Igor Fyodorovich Stravinsky, and Jessie Montgomery in the iconic and globally acclaimed David Geffen Hall in New York. Stravinsky’s vibrant ​Violin Concerto will be masterfully interpreted by Patricia Kopatchinskaja, described by The New York Times as a performer with “rare expressive energy.” It took Brahms more than two decades to complete his First Symphony, a piece marked by its solemn, tempestuous, quiet, and valiant passages, affirming Brahms’ definitive mastery in the symphonic realm.
