Since clinching the top prize at the Birmingham International Piano Competition in 2002, Maiko Mori has forged an illustrious international career as a standout soloist and chamber musician. She has captivated audiences at prominent venues across the UK, Europe, and Japan, including Radio France, BBC Radio 3, the Cheltenham Festival, the Purcell Room in London, West Road Concert Hall in Cambridge, Kolarac in Belgrade, and Suntory Hall in Tokyo. Her UK concerto debut was with the RCM Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Vasily Petrenko in 2006, after which she has played with various international orchestras. Recent performances include Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No.3 in Kyoto, Japan, with Tetsuro Ban, and Brahms' Piano Concerto No.2 in London, UK, with Levon Parikian.
